Managed today’s Zumba class even better than yesterday -SO- hope to see you all tomorrow!!!

Think I’ve worked out what I can & can’t/shouldn't do.

- Zumba, Zumba Gold, FitSteps & Pilates -

A lot of roadworks have popped up around the centre, please try to leave your house a little earlier so you can get to your class on time.

There are also new classes running at the centre & parking close to the building can be an issue.

I’m having a little operation on Sat 17th January 2026.

I’m planning on taking two weeks away from Pilates &  four away from Zumba. If I feel I’m not ready to restart my classes, these times may be extended.

Pilates - no classes 19/01/26 - 30/01/26

Zumba - no classes 21/01/26 - 13/02/26
